HERBAL BITTER LIQUEUR
A liqueur made, either pure or blended, from wild herbs hand-picked in the Cinque Terre scrub during flowering and infused in fine alcohol. In the resulting liqueur, the aromas and fragrances of the botanicals combine with the savory saltiness of the sea notes, creating a crescendo of Mediterranean intensity and freshness. Excellent as a digestif or to break up the day with an aromatic interlude; best enjoyed over ice in summer or slightly chilled the rest of the year.
