A traditional food eaten during community celebrations and banquets, the Ciambellone is a typical dessert that creates a family atmosphere and conviviality. Still handmade and softened by natural leavening using sourdough, the Ciambellone is enriched with the flavors of raisins, orange blossom water, vanilla, and candied orange peel.
On this occasion, the raisins themselves were left to infuse in the Sciacchetrà La Polenza, absorbing the unmistakable floral and spicy notes, the Mediterranean scents of helichrysum and myrtle and then releasing them harmoniously into the
Donut.
