Production area: Hillside vineyards located in the municipality of Vernazza. Grape varieties: Albarola, Bosco, Vermentino.
Sensory characteristics: The grapes are dried outdoors overlooking the sea to maximize their physical and sensory characteristics. Vinification takes place in stainless steel without selected yeasts, and the wine ages on its fine lees for months. On the nose, it presents nuances of candied apricot and citron, balsamic notes of eucalyptus, sweet spices, and iodine on the finish. On the palate, the wine displays a sensual structure and extremely fine tannins that intertwine with the full flavors, leading to a truly satisfying finish.
