Sciacchetrà La Polenza, born from the terraced vineyards of the Cinque Terre, obtained through a long drying process outdoors overlooking the sea, meets here the prized Boni-fanti glazed Colomba to delight your palates during the Easter holidays.

In this unique partnership, the fragrance and softness of the Colomba, made exclusively with Madre Bianca, are combined with the noble Sciacchetrà. In addition to the glaze enriched with almonds and whole hazelnuts, the Colomba is flavored with candied citrus and apricot peel, and premium raisins.

On this occasion, the apricot peels and raisins were left to infuse in the Sciacchetrà for a few days, absorbing its unmistakable floral and spicy notes, the Mediterranean scents of eucalyptus, myrtle, and helichrysum, which they then harmoniously released and diffused into the Colomba.
