Grape varieties: Albarola, Bosco, Vermentino

Tasting Notes: The Vermentino, Bosco, and Albarola grapes come from a small vineyard overlooking the sea. The late harvest and fermentation on the skins produce an intense flavor and an amber color reminiscent of traditional winemaking in ancient wooden vats. The nose releases enveloping aromas of medicinal herbs, dried fruit, and yellow spices, culminating in a mineral and iodine finish. On the palate, it displays a strong territorial identity thanks to its savory structure and depth, which rediscovers hints of ripe fruit in the lingering finish.
