MYRTLE LIQUEUR
Typical of the Mediterranean coast, this liqueur is made from myrtle berries expertly hand-picked in the Cinque Terre scrub. Produced exclusively by cold pressing and maceration, it enhances its aromatic properties and balsamic notes. A deep red color with vibrant purple highlights, the nose reveals penetrating Mediterranean aromas and subtle notes of red fruits. On the palate, it displays an enveloping balance between sweet and bitter, supported by a distinctive, pleasantly bitter/astringent aftertaste, with a strong savory and aromatic finish. Served chilled, it makes an excellent digestif or a surprise ingredient for an intriguingly original twist on classic cocktails.
