Tasting Notes: The grapes are dried in the open air overlooking the sea to maximize their physical and sensory characteristics. Aged on fine lees for months. On the nose, it presents wild berries and a mellow spicy sweetness, complemented by a crescendo of aromatic herbs and minerality. On the palate, the softness complements the tannic texture and territorial freshness, leading to a highly enjoyable finish.

Pairings: Dry desserts, dark chocolate and mature cheeses

Serving suggestions: At a temperature of approx. 15°C in a classic glass
