Sensory characteristics: The Vermentino, Bosco, and Albarola grapes come from a small vineyard overlooking the sea, unique for its location, exposure, and suitability. The late harvest of the finest bunches and the long aging on the lees yield intriguing aromas of grapefruit, peach, thyme, and white minerals. On the palate, the full flavor is imbued with an elegant freshness that lingers in a lingering, savory, and minerally finish.
